To celebrate Francophonie, le Consulat de France à Hong-Kong et Macao wishes to take you on a journey and enable you to meet French-speaking peoples through their traditional products and dishes.

Come and discover the specialities of French-speaking countries!  The gastronomic fair brings together caterers, restaurateurs and wine merchants from Hong Kong to offer you a selection of traditional dishes from France, Belgium, Switzerland, West Africa ...
